    Wan Jin graduated with the Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of  London, United Kingdom in 2018. She completed her Certificate of  Legal Practice (CLP) in 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on December 2020.

    Beginning her career at Tan Norizan & Associates, Wan Jin commenced her pupilage, where she demonstrated exceptional performance and unwavering commitment. Recognizing her talent and

    dedication, Wan Jin was retained as a Legal Associate in 2020. Her trajectory within the firm continued to ascend, leading to her promotion as one of the youngest Senior Associates in February 2023.

    Wan Jin’s expertise spans across various legal domains, with a particular emphasis on conveyancing, real estate transactions, tenancies, banking and finance matters, as well as probate and administration of estate matters. With a wealth of experience,

    She has represented a wide range of clients in selling and/or purchasing properties, ensuring smooth transactions in property dealings. She has extensive experience in public auction transaction, sub-sale transactions as well as acting for most of the financial institutions in

    loan documentation and assure that the bank’s interest are protected all the time. She is known for providing professional advice and services to ensure smooth transactions in both the primary and secondary property markets. In September 2023, Wan Jin seized an opportunity to further her career by joining Elaine, Leong & Associates as a Partner. Here, she played a pivotal role in leading the firm’s initiatives, contributing to its growth and success.
